Shipping Policy
Delivery within Zimbabwe, local collection and worldwide digital products from Crevilot Ventures.

Where we ship
Physical delivery is available throughout Zimbabwe, including Harare, Ruwa, other cities and rural destinations. Zimpost delivers door to door to the shipping address entered by the customer.
Shipping charges
Zimpost delivery costs US$5 per started kilogram per shipping package, with a minimum charge of US$5. Up to 1kg costs US$5; over 1kg and up to 2kg costs US$10. Shipping applies only to physical items and is calculated from their total package weight. Separate vendor packages may have separate delivery charges.
Products require accurate shipping weights before delivery can be quoted at checkout.
Processing time
Physical products require preparation before dispatch. Handling and delivery estimates will be published once the fulfilment and courier arrangements are confirmed.
Local pickup / collection
The current delivery service is door-to-door delivery by Zimpost. Local pickup is not offered at this stage.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, the customer may receive a tracking reference by email or through their account. Tracking availability can vary by carrier and destination.
International orders
International shipping for physical products is not available at the initial launch. It may be added later. eBooks and other digital products are intended for customers worldwide, subject to the payment options supported at checkout.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Customers should review shipping details before completing checkout. Additional charges may apply where an order must be redirected or resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Digital products do not require shipping
eBooks and downloadable digital products have no shipping charges. Purchased files become available through My Account > Downloads after successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer orders require manual payment verification before download access is released.
For an order containing both physical and digital products, shipping applies only to the physical items. Physical delivery remains limited to Zimbabwe.
