Ebook Download Policy
How online ebook reading, account access and permitted use work on Crevilot Ventures.

Digital delivery
Eligible ebooks become available after successful payment in My Account → My Bookshelf. Readers sign in with the purchasing account and read online. Original ebook files are not offered as direct downloads through the protected reader.
Account access
Customers should use the account and email address associated with the purchase. Keeping access inside the customer account helps Crevilot protect files, troubleshoot delivery issues and maintain a purchase record.
Reading access
Purchased ebooks have no arbitrary reading-count limit or scheduled expiry. Reading requires an internet connection, the purchasing customer account and an eligible paid order. Full refunds or removal of payment eligibility revoke future access. If one of multiple purchased copies remains paid, reading access is retained.
Personal-use licence
Unless the product page states otherwise, purchasing an ebook gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal use. Copyright and ownership remain with the author, publisher or other rights holder.
No unauthorised sharing
Customers must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, mass-share or otherwise provide purchased ebook files to people who did not buy or receive authorised access to the product.
File protection and watermarking
Crevilot Ventures uses a custom protected online reader with private ebook storage, purchase verification and buyer/order watermarks. PDF pages are rendered on the server; EPUB chapters are served through authenticated requests. This is access control and watermarking, not certified app-based DRM. It cannot prevent screenshots or all copying of content displayed in a browser.
Device and software compatibility
The online reader supports prepared PDF and EPUB ebooks in a modern browser with JavaScript and an internet connection. PDF pages are displayed as images and do not currently provide selectable text or full screen-reader access. EPUB formatting is simplified for safe online reading; some advanced layouts or interactive features may not be supported. Offline reading is not currently included.
Reading problems
If a paid ebook is missing from My Bookshelf or cannot be opened, contact Crevilot Ventures with your order number and purchasing email address.
Refunds for digital products
Refund eligibility for ebooks is governed by the Crevilot Refund Policy. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be restricted after a file has been made available or downloaded.

Original files are private, payment and ownership are checked, and buyer/order watermarks identify reading copies. This system is not Kindle-style or certified application DRM. Existing demo ebooks are test content.
